How can I get an accurate reading?

WEAR THE CUFF CORRECTLY: Put your left arm through the cuff 360°. The air tube of the cuff should be facing the palm of your hand, and the lower edge of the cuff should be 1-2 cm from your elbow.
SIT IN THE CORRECT POSITION: Sit up straight and relax. Keep the blood pressure monitor at the same height as your heart. Remain still and quiet during the measurement.
MEASURE IN A CALM STATE: For more accurate results, wait at least 5 minutes after eating, exercising, or experiencing emotions before taking a measurement.
