Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it;

Be in its original packaging (if applicable);

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards;

Clearance or sale items;

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons);

Customized or personalized products.
3. Return process

The item(s) you want to return;

The reason for your return (optional but helpful).
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.
⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at Avalonmarts01@gmail.com with:

Photos of the product and packaging;

Your order number.
We’ll review your case and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again;

Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted);

7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (when applicable).
If you need to exchange an item, email us at Avalonmarts01@gmail.com with your order details.
8. Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return after delivery.
